PUBLIC HEARING:

1. The Board to hear comments and/or concerns from the Public regarding Resolution #578 setting the Standby Fee for 2023/2024 FY.  If no changes, Board to Adopt as written.

MINUTES:

1. The Board to review and accept the Minutes from the Board Meeting held on May 10, 2023.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT:

1. Board to review and accept the Financial Statement for the period ending May 31, 2023.

OPERATIONS REPORT:

1. Report submitted by Jeremy Potter, General Manager, dated June 14, 2023.       

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Comtronix update.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Board to adopt Resolution #579 Budget for 2023/2024 Fiscal Year.
2. Board to adopt Resolution #580, a Resolution to dispose of surplus inventory.
