White Christmas?

It is raining heavily, just like last week.  The news is predicting snow down to 4500′ in the San Jacinto mountains.  So, if you’re headed up this way for Christmas, you should pack your snow chains!  And remember when you leave your mountain home, please shut your water off at your customer valve, at the street.
